Open Profile, select Delete Wcall account, type DELETE, and confirm. Deletion is permanent.

Delete your Wcall account
You can permanently delete your verified Wcall account and associated data from Profile in the app. If you no longer have access to the app, send us a deletion request.

Email team@wcall.me with the phone number registered to Wcall in international format. We will verify ownership before deleting the account.
Data deleted
- Firebase Authentication identity and registered phone number
- registered devices and push tokens
- encrypted close-circle records and synchronized account data
- verification history and active verification sessions
- SMS balance, slot entitlements and entitlement transactions
Processing time
In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed after ownership verification. Limited records may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, payment disputes, or legal obligations.
